I’m Growing a Wilford Brimley ‘Stache… for Kids!
Yes, it’s happening. After 16 years of bearded bliss, it’s time to let it go! From November 5 to December 5, I’m trading the face sweater for mustache glory—because my upper lip deserves a spotlight, but more importantly, to be a part of a great cause. I am joining forces with hundreds of other growers with Mustaches for Kids, Lynchburg, letting a glorious mustache bloom in the name of charity. Why? Because local kids deserve better. 100% of every donation goes to support local non-profit organizations in Lynchburg, VA that provide direct support to children and their families.
When growing a mustache, it’s hard not to look to the legend, Wilford Brimley, as the ultimate model of mustache mastery. As someone with DIABEETUS myself, there’s even more at stake to honor his iconic legacy. My goal? To grow a mustache that would make Wilford Brimley proud… or at least give him a polite nod from mustache heaven.
